Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial health of the organization, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will provide critical analyses to identify cost savings opportunities and streamline processes while managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update spreadsheets and cost models for resource planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages comparing actuals to budgets for internal review
• Investigate cost variances and collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or FP&A
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred
• 4 years of related experience including budgeting and forecasting is a plus
