Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities while working remotely and partnering with Finance leadership to drive practice-wide budget development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with Finance leadership on budget and forecast development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for business decision-making
