Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Conducting comprehensive financial analyses for Commercial Real Estate assets, the remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage P&L statements, update investment sales databases, and prepare market intelligence for client-facing documents and presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze P&L statements and rent rolls to assess financial performance
- Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity and construction pipelines
- Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, for client presentations
Required qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office suite with strong Excel modeling skills, including VBA and complex formulas
- Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas effectively through writing and data visualization
