Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing education services platform, the fully remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage annual planning and forecasting processes, analyze revenue and margin metrics, and provide insights into financial performance while collaborating with various leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to annual planning and monthly forecasting at both entity and consolidated levels
- Build and maintain driver-based rolling forecasts and cash flow projections
- Analyze variances between actual and expected results, providing actionable insights
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a private equity-backed environment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with experience in subscription or recurring revenue models
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, and familiarity with BI tools is a plus
