Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the key financial liaison with risk-affiliated entities, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will oversee Incentive Pool calculations, ensure compliance and transparency in financial reporting related to Medicare Advantage and ACO contracts, and support senior leadership in evaluating financial performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Track and validate Incentive Pool calculations, ensuring accuracy in attributed revenue and medical expenses
• Provide monthly financial performance reporting and maintain transparency for contractual audit rights
• Manage responses to third-party payor and government audits, supplying detailed financial documentation as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, particularly within managed care or health systems
• Experience with financial analytics, financial statements, and claims data
• Demonstrated experience in contract-driven financial management and audit compliance
• Strong knowledge of capitation, shared savings, and risk-adjustment methodologies is a plus
