Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage core financial reporting processes, partner with functional leaders to enhance financial operations, and automate recurring financial tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own core financial reporting processes, including monthly executive and departmental reports, and support quarterly investor reports
- Serve as the finance partner to functional leaders, assisting in budget management and performance evaluation
- Improve and automate financial processes to enhance scalability and reduce manual work
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of finance experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in creating recurring reports and presenting insights to business leaders
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operators and accounting teams
- Prior experience in healthcare or multi-entity environments is a plus
