Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex financial analysis and reporting, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes while mentoring Financial Analysts and enhancing financial models and reporting frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to provide insights for leadership decision-making
- Support month-end close activities, including volume estimation and reconciliation review, to ensure financial integrity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive annual budgets and integrated forecast models aligned with strategic objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in Accounting or Finance
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview
- Demonstrated expertise in reviewing and analyzing financial results
