Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Go-To-Market organization, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will manage key FP&A processes, provide data-driven insights for Sales leadership, and enhance reporting and modeling to align financial goals with operational plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as finance lead for Sales, delivering insights that enable GTM executives to meet their operating plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams on monthly financial reporting and analysis, including pipeline and sales productivity metrics
• Support the annual GTM planning cycle, focusing on sales capacity modeling, headcount, and sales compensation analysis

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience, particularly in financial modeling and reporting for Sales organizations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and modeling techniques
• Experience with AI productivity tools, such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot
• Familiarity with CRM and bookings data, such as Salesforce or equivalent
