Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To drive financial and growth objectives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage cost accounting policies, architect expense allocation methodologies, and deliver profitability analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct cost accounting policies and reporting to support financial objectives
• Build and maintain financial models connecting growth, staffing, and vendor spend to P&L and cash
• Support monthly close activities related to cost, including variance analysis and management reporting

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of finance and/or accounting experience
• Hands-on cost accounting experience, including allocation methodology and product-level costing
• Core FP&A or accounting experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced financial modeling skills with large data sets and BI platforms
• Deep understanding of ERP or planning systems and cost allocation models
