Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Senior Financial Analyst will develop and manage financial models, prepare monthly reporting packages, and interface with various stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with the accounting team during the month-end close process to analyze actual results and their implications
- Drive continuous process improvements and provide ad hoc financial analysis to enhance operational insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics, and familiarity with Power BI
- Knowledge of M&A initiatives and processes is preferred
