Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support its Financial Planning & Analysis team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly re-forecasting, and prepare executive-ready financial reports while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets, monthly forecasts, and related financial packages
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports for senior management, including variance analyses and key performance indicators
- Analyze revenue pipeline and program performance to support revenue forecasting and risk assessment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packages
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to present financial information to senior executives effectively
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively across finance and operational functions
