Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join the remote team in a full-time, permanent position, responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing monthly reports, and automating financial workflows using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI-driven finance workflows for variance analysis, reporting, and data management
• Prepare and update the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, ensuring key assumptions are current
• Own the monthly reporting package, including variance analysis and commentary, while collaborating with accounting during month-end close

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate finance processes
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV) and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with ERP, planning, and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Cube, QuickSight)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
