Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OPEX lifecycle and conduct variance analysis to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities
Serve as a financial partner to the Ag-Chemicals business unit, providing tailored financial support and insights
Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using advanced business intelligence tools

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of finance or accounting experience, with 3 years in FP&A within the agriculture chemicals sector
Expertise in OPEX management and advanced variance analysis
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle PBCS
Advanced skills in Tableau for report building and data visualization
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
