Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Participate in the close process, ad hoc reporting, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or related roles
Expertise in financial modeling, LBOs, and M&A due diligence
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
