Senior Financial Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support client partnerships, the remote Senior Financial Analytics Consultant will measure financial performance metrics, provide validation for improvement initiatives, and create forecasts for client bonuses and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Own detailed models to forecast, measure, and validate performance improvements for client partnerships
• Support operations teams in understanding the impact of their actions on financial outcomes
• Lead monthly performance reviews and establish partnerships with project and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of data/analytic/financial modeling experience with intermediate Excel skills
• 2+ years of experience presenting analytics to internal/external stakeholders
• Proven experience driving business performance in a high-growth environment
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint for effective communication of ideas
