Senior Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial business analysis and operations, the full-time remote Senior Financial Business Analyst will manage complex financial processes, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal policies while producing documentation and management reports.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and enhancement of financial processes within VA financial systems
• Document and manage business requirements, user stories, and test cases while ensuring data integrity across systems
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and produce management reports for audit readiness and performance management

Required qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience, including CGI Momentum experience across federal management domains
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Experience with Agile delivery programs and working with developers to translate business needs into user stories
• Proven ability to work independently and make expert-level decisions in a fast-evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with finance, acquisition, and IT stakeholders
