Senior Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Financial Business Analyst will partner with the Finance Supervisor to manage change requests, document business requirements, and support process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for change requests within the business unit
• Document business requirements, process maps, and operating procedures in a clear manner
• Facilitate recurring business reviews and coordinate client/internal meetings to track progress and action items

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Finance, or Process Improvement roles
• Proven ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience documenting business requirements, procedures, and process flows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new business tools
