Senior Financial Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial business analysis and operations, the full-time Senior Financial Business Analyst will work remotely, leading the enhancement of complex financial business processes and serving as a liaison between stakeholders to document and manage business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and enhancement of financial processes within VA financial systems
• Analyze data flows to ensure integrity across financial systems and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and management reports to support audit readiness and compliance with federal policies

Required qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience, including CGI Momentum experience in federal management domains
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field
• Experience with Accounting Systems and customer-facing roles, translating business needs into technical requirements
• Proven ability to work independently and make expert-level decisions in a fast-evolving environment
• Experience with Agile delivery programs and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
