Job Summary

To support revenue cycle objectives, the full-time Senior Financial Clearance Specialist will perform advanced clearance activities for complex cases, ensuring adherence to regulatory and payer requirements while mentoring team members and addressing escalated issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of patient accounts to identify and resolve complex insurance issues
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members on processes and compliance
• Monitor changes in payer requirements and update internal procedures accordingly

Required qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle management or financial clearance processes
