Job Summary

Senior Financial Compensation Analyst, responsible for managing provider compensation plans in a full-time remote position, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze provider compensation data using Tableau and implement compensation arrangements
  • Track and communicate compensation-related insights to leadership, providing actionable recommendations
  • Assist in the design and implementation of compensation plans and maintain documentation of processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a closely-related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years of progressive work experience in a financial/operational environment required
  • Experience with database and decision support systems required
  • Experience in a multi-entity healthcare environment required
