Senior Financial Consultant

Job Summary

To support the governance of UHG Corporate Services' Cost Management Program, the full-time Senior Financial Consultant will manage financial analysis and modeling of real estate transactions while ensuring accurate reporting and stakeholder engagement, with remote work flexibility available.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and govern the Cost Management Program, ensuring data integrity and performance target solutions
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at consolidating financial programs for cost reduction activities
• Develop complex financial models to assess real estate transactions and prepare investment memoranda for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of finance and/or accounting experience, including 1+ years leading cross-functional projects
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel
• Experience in traditional corporate finance, including large-scale forecasts and P&L analysis
• Demonstrated ability to present complex financial information to diverse stakeholders
