Senior Financial Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic finance partner, the fully remote Senior Financial Consultant will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, develop financial storylines, and support Sales leadership in optimizing dealer partner strategies and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales Leaders, providing financial insights that inform decisions and drive growth
• Build compelling financial storylines for monthly and quarterly results, translating complex data into clear insights
• Lead the design and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related fields
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills
• Experience supporting sales organizations, incentive programs, or compensation modeling (preferred)
• Proven ability to build new processes, tools, and analytical frameworks in evolving environments
• Strong communicator with experience developing executive-ready presentations
