Senior Financial Consultant

Job Summary

To support customer success in utilizing Workday applications, the full-time Senior Financial Consultant will provide consulting services, troubleshoot configurations, and deliver feature demonstrations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting research to understand customer inquiries and related Workday concepts
• Delivering small scope consulting, including configuration guidance and customer presentations on Workday features
• Providing one-on-one consulting to accelerate customer feature adoption and reviewing customer tenants for optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3 years of IT implementation experience
• 3 years of software consulting and deployment experience with systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle
• 1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME in Spend, Inventory, or related areas
• Familiarity with Workday Financials applications and industry practices
• Ability to maintain Workday Certification(s) and stay updated with the Workday roadmap
