Senior Financial Consultant
Job Summary
To support the Transplant Solutions leadership team, the full-time Senior Financial Consultant will manage financial reporting, drive growth initiatives, and provide strategic financial analysis in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage financial reporting for the Transplant P&L, including month-end close and quarterly forecasting
- Drive growth and profitability initiatives by partnering with product and technology leaders for insightful analysis and scenario modeling
- Deliver concise financial reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key levers and variances for strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Finance or Accounting
- 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Healthcare experience or experience in a large matrixed environment
- Experience with AI reporting integration (Microsoft CoPilot, GPT, Claude)
