Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Controller with expertise in real estate accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and REIT requirements
• Manage financial data consolidation across multiple properties and entities within the REIT
• Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, including key REIT metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior financial role within a REIT or similar environment
• Expertise with Yardi accounting system
• Strong understanding of GAAP and REIT accounting principles
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with REIT tax regulations and compliance
