Key Responsibilities

• Own the finance function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage collections processes and maintain high collection rates
• Lead and develop a small finance team while optimizing existing systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in controllership or senior accounting/finance-ops roles
• Experience with recurring revenue models (coaching, SaaS, agency, etc.)
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Stripe, and spreadsheet tools
• Tech-savvy with automation tools for process improvement
• Proven experience managing month-end close, commissions, and collections
