Senior Financial Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing multi-site veterinary network, the full-time salaried Senior Financial Controller will manage financial planning, reporting, and operational finance functions while focusing on AI and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modeling to support growth and clinic performance
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered tools and automation across financial processes to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, managing external audits and compliance

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, preferably in multi-site healthcare or professional services
• Experience with finance process automation and AI implementation initiatives
• Proficiency with modern financial systems and ERP platforms, with NetSuite experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing FP&A, accounting, treasury, accounts payable, and payroll functions
