Senior Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dedicated team in the healthcare sector, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will develop and maintain reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance while utilizing advanced tools like SQL and Tableau to support financial decision-making, all in a flexible remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document reports and analytics to provide key insights for leadership
• Support the monthly close process and conduct claim reserve analysis
• Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python
• Experience in complex data analysis and report/dashboard development in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
