Job Summary
Joining a dedicated team, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will develop and maintain financial reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and document reports and analytics to provide key insights for leadership
- Support the monthly close process and conduct claim reserve analysis
- Create customized dashboards and automate reporting processes using advanced tools
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in an actuarial role
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python
- Experience in complex data analysis and report/dashboard development in a healthcare setting
