Senior Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support federal financial data integration and reporting initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Data Analyst will provide expertise in federal financial systems, analyze data flows, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document financial data flows between client and external systems
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to define and refine financial data integration requirements
• Review and validate financial datasets and reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with federal financial systems, including Momentum or Oracle Federal Financials
• Strong understanding of federal general ledger accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience with federal financial data standards and audit processes
• Proficiency in analyzing structured financial datasets using MS Excel and/or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Public Administration (advanced degree preferred)
