Senior Financial Data Analyst

Job Summary

To operationalize and scale reconciliation processes, the full-time Senior Financial Data Reconciliation Analyst will lead cross-functional initiatives, design end-to-end reconciliations, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely or from specified locations in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of reconciliations for new and existing products and funds flows
• Develop and maintain data transformations and matching rules for accurate reconciliation across systems
• Monitor reconciliation exceptions, leading root-cause analysis and coordinating with various teams to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with complex transactional and financial data in fintech or financial services
• Working knowledge of banking payment rails and card networks, including ACH and wire transfers
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data transformation pipelines
• Familiarity with enterprise reconciliation tools or similar platforms
• Experience building monitoring or BI dashboards using tools such as Looker or Tableau
