Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Governmental Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development, preparation, and analysis of annual and interim financial statements, ensuring compliance with governmental accounting standards
• Provide advanced accounting guidance and support to various administrative areas and auxiliary units, ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations
• Coordinate and complete finance-related projects, including financial analysis and reporting for external agencies and senior administrators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial operations of a complex organization
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems and software is required
• Master's degree in Accounting and/or Certified Public Accountant license may substitute for experience
• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment
