Senior Financial Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Management Analyst Senior in the Health Science Center Budget Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning and budgeting activities related to Operating and Personnel budgets
• Analyze and reconcile year-end close data and GL details within the budget model
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to personnel, salary, and compensation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a healthcare or academic environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of ORACLE Payroll and Financial Information System
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
