Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial Management Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and build the future-state Accounting / Financial Management consulting practice
• Provide oversight for complex accounting implementations and financial transitions
• Lead, coach, and develop Accounting Consultants and SMEs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accounting consulting, financial systems implementation, or professional services
• Proven experience leading teams and managing people performance
• Deep understanding of accounting workflows, financial transitions, and system adoption
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Prior experience building or scaling a consulting practice is a plus
