Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Rebate Engagement team, the full-time Senior Financial Operations Analyst will manage client contractual obligations, oversee rebate reporting and payment processes, and drive issue resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and supported
• Review and analyze reporting to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Independently manage client issues and projects, providing strategic solutions and updates to leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in PBM/healthcare operational and/or financial roles
• 2+ years of experience in research, investigation, analysis, and/or ad-hoc reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
