Senior Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary

As a key strategic finance partner, the full-time remote Senior Financial Operations Specialist will manage client billing, payments, and financial processes while providing analytical support for executive leadership and assisting in month-end close and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the client billing and invoicing process to ensure accuracy and revenue validation
• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and preparation for annual audits
• Develop executive management reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting, including accounts receivable and month-end close
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite and Stripe preferred
• Strong background in managing client payments, sales tax processes, and regulatory reporting
• Experience in leading large-scale projects and identifying process improvements
