Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

To support the fast-paced growth of the organization, the full-time remote Senior Strategic Financial Planning Analyst will work across diverse stakeholders to drive business initiatives, enhance financial modeling, and provide strategic insights for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, analyze profitability, and drive the budgeting process while collaborating with key business stakeholders
• Support strategic projects by creating in-depth analyses, delivering monthly reporting packages, and translating operational insights into actionable recommendations
• Partner with C-suite leaders to surface critical financial metrics and create executive-level analyses that inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Knowledge of the telemedicine space and healthcare operations is highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and proven ability to manage complex financial models
