Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance the consolidated three-statement operating model, ensuring alignment with business strategy
Lead enterprise-wide forecasting and long-range planning efforts, providing insights for strategic initiatives
Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
6-8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, including complex financial modeling
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis in a dynamic environment
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, along with strong PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
