Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance functions including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare detailed financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with program managers and directors to provide financial expertise throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. Government contracting finance
• Intermediate or expert knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, and other government regulations
• Experience with project-based ERP systems and financial modeling
