Senior Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Manufacturing & Services and Quality, Ethics & Compliance Business Groups, the full-time remote Senior Financial Planning Manager will manage financial modeling, product costing, and analytics while acting as a Finance Business Partner and providing insightful reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business value through analysis and develop action plans
• Partner with functional leaders to deliver data-driven advice and conduct cost/benefit analyses for investment decisions
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial results, forecasts, and budgets, presenting findings to leadership teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related major; MBA or advanced business degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a financial and/or analytical role, preferably in the biotech/pharma industry
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including product costing
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical reasoning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint required
