Senior Financial Reconciliation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reconciliation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation integrity across customer transactions spanning multiple payment rails and account types
• Architect and implement the reconciliation structure for the company's de novo bank charter
• Lead and mentor a team of reconciliation analysts while driving strategy and optimization within the BlackLine environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in reconciliation, with at least 3+ years in banking, fintech, or reconciliation tooling environments
• Experience optimizing data flows and automating manual reconciliation processes
• Strong knowledge of payment rails including Fedwire, ACH, and card settlement
• Proven people leadership experience, focusing on coaching and developing teams
• A builder mindset with systems thinking and operational rigor
