Senior Financial Reporting Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Reporting Accountant to join their external reporting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review GAAP and Statutory financial statements and external reports
• Coordinate independent auditor's review and develop technical expertise in GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements
• Execute internal controls and perform technical accounting research for complex transactions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or public company reporting
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• Experience with financial statement preparation and technical accounting research
• Exposure to internal controls over financial reporting
