Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support the international insurance business, the full-time Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the accurate preparation of financial reporting deliverables, overseeing monthly/quarterly close tasks, and driving process improvements, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support the completion of monthly/quarterly close tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management financial statements and quarterly IFRS submissions
• Drive process changes and improvements, focusing on automation and financial controls for high-quality reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a closely related field
• 3 years of experience in financial reporting or related accounting roles
• Experience with IFRS reporting and IFRS 17 implementation projects
• Proficiency in Excel analytical tools, including pivot tables and charts
• Experience using SAP applications and performing quality reviews of accounting data outputs
