Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Senior responsible for internal and external financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares financial statements, including 10-Q and 10-K, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
• Develops and implements XBRL processes and manages SOX policies and controls
• Analyzes variance schedules and assists with compliance reporting for banks and investors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 4+ years of audit experience in a Big Four or large accounting firm and/or SEC financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606) and leasing (ASC 842)
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Progression toward CPA is preferred
