Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and review quarterly and annual financial reports for filing with the SEC
Manage the preparation of other SEC filings, including Form 8-K and proxy statements
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP accounting, including XBRL reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA designation
10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of SEC reporting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Expertise in preparing and reviewing SEC filings
Extensive experience with financial reporting systems and SEC filing software
