Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist - Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and document technical accounting issues related to Insurance Accounting (STAT and GAAP)
- Review and maintain insurance-related accounting policies and deliverables for accuracy
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training on insurance-related topics
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Experience with LDTI preferred
- CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
- Technical accounting research skills with the ability to analyze and document findings
