Job Summary

Motivated by uncapped commission potential, the full-time remote Senior Financial Inside Sales Consultant will close sales through effective communication, manage a pipeline of active transactions, and exceed performance metrics to help clients achieve financial stability.

Key responsibilities
  • Close sales by influencing prospects through the loan application process within 1-2 calls
  • Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages, ensuring all leads are effectively followed up
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate solutions using the company's loan products
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center
  • Proven track record in commission-heavy sales roles
  • Experience navigating Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
