Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial & Compensation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage expense activities including accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting
  • Administer compensation and sales incentive programs, including scenario modeling and payment processing
  • Ensure data integrity by reconciling discrepancies across financial systems and contributing to operational improvements


Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience ideally within the insurance or financial industry
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and autonomously in ambiguous situations
