Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Financial & Compensation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expense activities including accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting
- Administer compensation and sales incentive programs, including scenario modeling and payment processing
- Ensure data integrity by reconciling discrepancies across financial systems and contributing to operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience ideally within the insurance or financial industry
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently and autonomously in ambiguous situations
