Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Department Financial Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to support strategic planning and vendor relationship management
  • Lead procurement processes and manage budget tracking and reporting
  • Monitor program costs and prepare presentations for cross-functional partners and leadership


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or financial field with 6 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 5 years of experience, or a PhD with no experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in business operations management, project management, or financial management
  • Experience with complex procurement processes and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners
