Senior Financial Strategist

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and program management support to the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time Senior Financial Strategist SME will oversee financial management initiatives and serve as the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System subject matter expert in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the principal analyst and advisor to the CFO on strategic objectives and portfolio financial management initiatives
• Develop governance frameworks, business processes, and reporting mechanisms to monitor budget execution and financial risks
• Act as the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System SME, ensuring system capabilities align with task planning and reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, financial management, or enterprise systems
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or related federal organizations
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DOD Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, governance, and process improvement
